I am not a gamer, but my son is, and his last two computers have been msi. He recommended this computer to me as my new work computer. I am very happy with how well it functions and of course I love the pink color of the computer, mouse, and case. It is very light and easy to use. I have only used it for one game and it worked well, as expected. I mostly use it for writing documents, zooming meetings, watching movies, ordering groceries, and reading and responding to emails. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a great all-around computer in a totally cool color.

Overall, this experience was wonderful. The estimated shipping time was the 15th through the 19th, and it arrived mid morning on the 15th! I placed my order on the 7th, late at night, so the turn around time was quick. It shipped through FedEx, and tracking was consistently updated. The computer itself is super pretty, a tiny bit darker in color than I was expecting, but still gorgeous. It does get a bit warm, but I read enough about the computer ahead of time to expect that. It doesn't interfere with functionality thus far. I'm super impressed with how quickly it does things! I had an older computer for a long time, so I don't know how it compares to newer computers, but its a huge improvement for me! The angle of the keyboard is one of my favorite things so far, and I love that the keyboard is backlit. It's small and lightweight, which is perfect because I have tiny hands. I was able to run doom (2016) without any problems, and it was a superior game play experience compared to PS4 and xbox. The sound quality from the computer itself leaves something to be desired, but I use headphones most of the time anyway, so it's not an issue for me. It was much faster to set up than I expected, and overall I am super satisfied.

I bought this laptop a month ago to replace my dying MacBook and to do some light gaming every now and then, maybe some music and video editing. I was not disappointed at all. This baby can run pretty much anything I throw at it. Ableton, Cyberpunk, Streaming, etc, it packs quite the punch in terms of graphics as well. It will get hot and the fans will blast, but there is no lagging etc when this happens, in fact I personally prefer the laptop have strong fans that work rather than be more silent and prone to damaging overheating(like macs). It cools off as soon as I exit the program. I recently got cyberpunk 2077 and it ran it perfectly with wonderful graphics for the 4 hours I played, as well as destiny 2, Undertale, and night in the woods. Basically you can use this as a gaming pc so long as you turn off the extreme elements like ray tracing. With a cooling pad, I imagine it would do even more, I just like to play it safe with it and haven't tried pushing to the specs limits. The color is so pretty, the case was well made, the laptop weighs almost nothing, and the mouse is really accurate and a good size for my hand. The keyboard has large and clear lettering and convenient short cuts. The power modes are so helpful, and the battery life when I'm just typing or watching YouTube is great. I highly recommend this laptop for someone who wants a budget gaming rig that is well rounded for other work too. My only complaints is if you have slower wifi, or have to work a bit farther away from the router, it doesn't seem to have quite the reach that my Macbook did. Also, be careful about the mouse usb plug in, it can bend if you try to put the laptop in the case with it plugged in, and unlike other wireless mice, there is no way to sync it to another usb chip and you might have to buy a new mouse if you can't fix it. Luckily, I bent mine back and superglued back together with no damage, but I imagine that was luck on my part.

Laptop works great for all work purposes and for light game play. Love the accessories that came with it, so cute. The only complaint the speakers arent very loud but is great for what I need. Light and portable would definitely recommend.

This has been the most frustrating transaction. I initially bought this laptop for my daughter because she wanted a good gaming laptop, I wet against my gut that told me it didn't have enough reviews. We received it and other than the package being damp from being left out in the freaking rain by carroer, the laptop was perfect. It is beautiful. It brings nice and cute accessories. That's where it ends. The laptop's fan is really loud and gets really hot. I wasn't happy with that because it's expensive but daughter said it was ok with her. But then the wifi signal kept disconnecting or forgetting the network. I tested with my sons laptop and even with all our phones and it was the computer. It dropped it randomly. We weren't happy with it and contacted the seller. We started a return and sent them the laptop back. But because the original packaging wasn't in a state to be sent back I didn't include original box. My mistake because after receiving their product and having techs looked at it they assessed that their laptop was working fine and were going to charge me the 15% fee because the return is "incomplete" without the box. I have the box and will send it if they just do the return but they havent answered emails yet. Not happy.
