Metra72-6514 Speaker Harness for Select Chrysler/Dodge Vehicles

Efectivamente vienen 2 contra-arneses en este kit 72-6514. Parece que ya cambiaron el modelo y solamente vienen 2 en lugar de 4 que es lo que esperaríamos.Para un Dodge Neón 2005 (arnés de color blanco) que donde yo los instalé, los cables de estos contra-arneses vienen invertidos para para respetar el cableado de planta y requerirá sacar los pines de cada contra-arnés usando un clip o o aguja por la parte interior e intercambiarlos (negro por blanco y viceversa).Hecho el cambio de pines los cables no se cruzan y queda todo perfectamente bien. Este detalle es algo que el fabricante al parecer no ha corregido, pero fuera de ese pequeño error del fabricante que quita unos 5 minutos en corregir, entran a la perfección en el arnés de bocina original sin cortar absolutamente nada y la conexión de las terminales a la bocina es muy buena además que el tiempo de instalación de bocinas aftermarket con este accesorio es mucho menor.Sí los recomiendo, solamente revisen que la polaridad de los cables coincida antes de comenzar con el proceso.Para quienes odiamos el andar cortando cables de su posición original o no se quiera hacer por la razón que sea, es el producto indicado.

Since it is difficult to find a wiring diagram for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler that is correct or accurate, I decided to buy these to install the new front speakers. When I had installed the rear speakers, I decided to "roll the dice" and wire it up myself with the new speaker's harness. 2 wires means 50/50 shot at getting it right. Right? Problems:1. No real SLD, but some consensus from what I could find made me feel confident enough to cut, solder and splice.2. New wires were WAAAAAYYYYY smaller gauge than the OEM wire. So, chance for signal reflection at the joint. (no that I have spliced on the old connectors and used a set of these adaptors, I am hoping it won't have as much signal bounce.3. Upon seeing the adaptors, I quickly realized that my 50/50 chance was 100% wrong and I had wired up my new speakers backwards. They work but the sound waves are opposite to the front speakers.4. NO CUTTING, SOLDERING OR SPLICING REQUIRED. Just disconnect old speaker, attach adaptor and connect to new speakers. Done.So I used the 1st set to fix the rear speaker install and bought a 2nd set to install the front speakers per the original plan.These make your life easier. Buy them. FCA will not help you with info.

Ordered July 7th and was in stock at amazon. Didn’t receive until July 19th typical slow shipping from Amazon. Product works as intended, just didn’t get to install it when was supposed to

Used it for my rear door speakers on 2019 ram 1500 classic it worked great. Good product will buy again for my front ones.

Works for 2014 dodge ram 1500 SLT speakers. Very happy sound good very easy to connect no problems
