is the seat adjustable up and down height wise?

The seat is not adjustable height wise . It is easily folded and lightweight . Taking it to the park is a breeze.The bike is low and will probably fit the average 18 months to 3 year old. My son loves his fly bike and goes super fast with it, it can be used in and outdoors . My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner. At almost 3 he is outgrowing the fly bike height wise.

My grandson has the scooter and lives out of state so I don't know what the screws look like. Can you take the scooter to one of the home improvement stores, ACE hardware, etc. to find the screw replacement?

The wheels are like fairly hard rubber. My granddaughter has ridden around on my hardwood floors and I see no problem. There could possibly be some scuffing.
