The package was delivered new in the box, and the user guide and AC power cord were in place. The instructions were quite clear, and the unit is small and compact. If you've used an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner in the past, this item works no differently. I cleaned all my 14K jewelry including my wedding rings, and the items were cleaned beautifully and shining when removed from the water. 5 minutes is the alloted time used, and the unit stops on its own after the cleaning if finished. It is okay to use a small amount of dishwashing soap (I used Dawn) as mentioned the user guide. There is no need to purchase a separate jewelry cleaner. Great product, and I hope it lasts a long time.

Does an amazing job! Like just getting your jewelry back from the jeweler! Not sure why I waited so long to buy one. I do a lot with my hands from cooking to cleaning to gardening to painting and my rings get everything on them. This makes them beautiful again. Plus. perfect size! Buy now!

It works for lightly dirty jewelry, but didn't clean the heavy dirty jewelry. I even ran it through 3 times...

I'm a year into my invisalign treatment and just bought this cleaner about 2 weeks ago. I love it! Previously, I was soaking my aligners in Efferdent each morning and then brushing them with my toothbrush and water. That process was annoying and the trays never looked as good as when they were new. With the ultrasonic cleaner, I drop in a half tablet of Efferdent once in a while, but otherwise just drop the trays in water and run it. 5 minutes later, they are clean and ready to go. I'm so happy not to have to brush the trays anymore. Highly recommend!

I purchased my jewelry cleaner for my segmented lashes, Lashify. I spent hours cleaning my lashes (lash laundry) letting them soak in ETOH and brushing off the bond painstakingly and then resonating them and cleaning with a makeup brush again. I decided to buy this gem and now I run the ultrasonic cleaner with appropriate solution and the bond disintegrates to the point that I cannot see any bond on my little lashes. No hours of soaking and brushing off over and over. I spend no more than 1 hour laundering, cleaning and santizing my lashes now. The best purchase I could make on my beauty investment of gossamer lashes.I highly recommend this ultrasonic cleaner for both jewelry, cleaning makeup brushes and eyelashes. I purchased one for my makeup tools/lashes and one for my jewelry.

It worked after the second try. That’s when I realized that the solution part is not optional, because just water does not really clean it and also do not use cold, water or room temperature, make it warm or else it will just be running for nothing. The second time once I use warm water, it did clean better but when I did clean water and some cleanser a clean completely just make sure the water is hot or at least really warm

The item worked great for about 2 months and then it didn’t work at all. I only used a couple times a week and followed all the manufacturer suggestions and I didn’t use for a few weeks and when I went to use it, it wouldn’t work, and so then it was out of the return window. I tried to contact the manufacturer and they told me since I bought it from Amazon, I would have to go through them to return it. Even though on the box, it says it has a year warranty. When I went through Amazon they said the window to return or replace had passed. Amazon did help me- but I WOULD NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS MANUFACTURER THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY . Take heed, you have been warned!

It really is a good cute little cleaner! I keep it in my kitchen so I can clean my rings after I'm done cooking or cleaning up. It's not loud it does has a slight hum, it cleans for 5 minutes and automatically shuts off. My ring comes out nice and shiny every time I use it! (Tip: add a drop of dish detergent if you want an extra sparkle).
