W11165546, 33090105, W10599423 Washer Water Inlet Valve (OEM) Replacement for whirlpool kenmore Washing Machine, Replaces W10758828, W10839828, W11096267, W11165546VP

I was able to clean the connectors on the old one, so I was going to keep this as backup but the hose connector is not properly cut and doesn’t allow for a secure connection. The only reason I chose this seller was the barcode on the item in the listing. Looks like they took a picture of an original unit and not their product - There is no barcode on the actual item, 3/4 of the green parts are loose and the plastic isn’t cut smoothly (incorrect connection to hose). Again for the price, I didn’t expect OEM, but this seems cut with a way-after-market piece of machinery. Useless.

Apparently the water inlet valves are a huge issue on this washer, after having poor flow and the cold water valve completely going out I decided it was time to replace it. I got the part number and did a quick search on Amazon and had it up and running in no time. I saw someone posted a picture saying the part was broken and spraying water everywhere but their picture showed they had teflon on the threads, teflon tape is not needed on this thread since the washer hoses have rubber washers in them and I think that might have been the issue with their install.

Unfortunately, the replacement unit I received had a loose solenoid. I went from low water flow (not enough water) to the water not turning off. Amazon is sending a replacement. I’ll update my rating once I receive the replacementOn a positive note – Very easy to install.Update - Received the replacement valve and everything works great… Now there is two weeks of laundry to catch up with

I got the exact correct part, but it was broken and sprayed water everywhere as soon as I connected it.Wasted time. Now I have to buy another from a different seller.

I called around town asking for quotes on to fix the water inlet valve. Some were as high as $200. I was able to buy this product for $30, watched a couple YouTube videos and fixed it in under 20 mins. Not only did the part work perfectly but it was so easy. 10/10 would recommend

Water stopped coming into my machine, so I did a little research and it appeared it was the water inlet valve. I bought this part and installed it in my machine and it is working again with no issues. My washer is a Maytag top loader model MVWB765FC3.

I was having issues with my washing machine throwing an LF code with just about every wash. I thought maybe the plumbing since my house is older, but when I looked into the pressure of my plumbing it was fine... Replaced this part and the machine is running like new with no codes thus far. I am assuming the old part had some sort of failure due to corrosion or hard water clumping. So Far So Good, will update if anything changes.

Just installed today so I can't speak for the longevity of the item.It looks original to the OEM one. OEM one only lasted a year so if this one lasts longer than that it's be great.Direct fit, no complaints.
