Q: Is this product great for traveling to use for seminars?

No - I don't feel this product is compact enough to be considered travel worthy. It's very heavy... does not fold... and I don't think it was meant for that kind of environment. It's great to move from 1 room to another. But to transport from one geographic location to another? No, I would not recommend it.

Q: How does this item work on carpet? Is it stable? Move easily?

Yes, it rolls on carpet. It is stable, but I sometimes hold the board with my other hand as I write. It moves easily as well.

Q: Can I buy a replacement for the board only?

Sorry, we don't sell the top board only. Would you mind showing us what's wrong with the top board via Amazon message? We offer a lifetime warranty for every customer and we might find a better way to fix it.
