Q: Is the cereal within the expiration date stamped on the box?

Yes. It has been a while since I ordered 4 - 5 boxes of Spelt flakes and I have two left and the expiration date is Nov. 2017 on them both. Freshness may also depend on the individual vendor/seller too.

Q: Does this really contain "Contains 6 - 10 ounce bags of cereal"? That would be 60 oz of cereal. If that's right, then the price/oz should be $0.11.

6 bags each 10oz. As to the price per oz i do not know the answer

It’s misleading it’s a 12 ounce box

Q: Seriously do people pay 12.00 or more for one box of cereal?

I never would! The last time I purchased this cereal on Amazon I got it for $3.74 a box. That is cheapet than my local store which has it for $5.65. That is plenty expensive, I would never pay higher but the cereal is great that's for sure!!
