My absolute all-time favorite hair skin and nail gummies! The flavor is unbeatable, by far out doing all competition. They smell amazing, taste amazing, have a great texture, have all the right ingredients, come in the perfect strength, extremely easy to use as you just pop them in your mouth and chew them and enjoy the delicious flavor, which I much prefer over the pills. I love that it comes with a 100 gummies per bottle so it's a great value! I will continue to take these hair skin and nail gummies overall others as long as they keep making them.

I started taking vitamins about 2 years ago as my 30th birthday loomed on the horizon wagging it's condescending finger at me. I like to say it's only for health, but if I'm being honest I'm not ready to be a wrinkly old spinster just yet. But taking as many vitamins as I do becomes an unpleasant nuisance after a while. I switched over to these gummy vitamins (along with the Multi, omega 3, and calcium) over the summer and haven't looked back. They're fun to eat, and are more of a treat than chore. It helps me with my sweet tooth as well; instead of destroying a chocolate bar I just take my vitamins and call it a day. It was also a great way to get my boyfriend who eats like garbage to take vitamins. (I've never seen someone eat nothing but dumplings and udon for a week straight and not gain a pound, damn him.) I see a huge difference in my hair and nail growth. My nails definitely come in stronger and my hair is a lot thicker / healthier. I have very curly hair and spent years being afraid of it because nobody in my family knew how to manage it. Vitamins & water, combined with swearing off heat and harsh products, makes a huge difference. Also for skin, SUNSCREEN!!! Always keep in mind vitamins alone are not going to be some big miracle in health. I've spent a lot of time doing research and making big lifestyle changes to take care of my skin, hair, and body. It's an investment, but it's worth the long haul. I definitely see and feel a difference. My only warning: sugar. These are not ideal for diabetes, or anybody doing a diet like Whole 30 which requires fully cutting out excess sugars. But otherwise, highly recommend this brand. I've purchased from Amazon as well as in-store, never had any issues.

Not a huge fan of aftertaste but has a great assortment of vitamins. Think aftertaste is from the zinc.

These are great! I’ve only been taking for a week and let me tell you, I feel like a kid getting a little treat, they are so delicious, 3 cute little gummy squares everyday, no upset stomach, I am starting to see a difference in my skin in such a short time. Will 100% buy again

Had 2 and were they great, tasty, and soft. Suppose to have 3, but 2 is enough for me. My hair and nails grow and skin is softer. Really does work great.

I've been very sick and weak after surgery. These vitamins are really helping me have more energy and my hair and nails are growing really fast.

Bought these to replace my other hair, skin, nail vitamins - that I can no longer take. I was really looking forward to trying these but the vitamins in the bottle are completely melted and unusable. It was 42°F outside when these were delivered, so there is no telling when they could have melted like that. I'm honestly scared to repurchase these- though the 'Nighttime skin support' vitamins (Same brand) were fine.

Very disappointed to receive a spoilt product and cannot consume and cannot return 😩, please be fair to replace.
