This is my second purchase of these porcini mushrooms. Quick delivery as well as excellent quality -- and they are kosher, which is difficult to find in local stores. Perfect for using in mushroom soups and adds an umami flavor to stews and other dishes.

Dehydrated Mushrooms
I like the variety of mushrooms in the package and it did add another layer to the dish I made. Freshness was fine just rehydrate.

Good quality
So far, made mushroom risotto, mushroom and paste, both turned out delicious. Using the soaking liquid is where all of the flavor resides. Don't throw it away!
