I have an extra neck for my baritone and I carry the neck I'm going to use and the mouthpiece in a combination pouch that fits in the bell - that left me without a good place for the extra neck - until I found this mouthpiece pouch. It rides in the outside accessories pocket because my contoured case has no interior space for accessories. With this neoprene-padded pouch I feel the neck is safe being carried that way. My baritone has a small neck that fits this pouch perfectly (Yanagisawa). Most new baritones have similar small necks so if you're looking for a baritone neck or mouthpiece pouch, it doesn't get any better than this.
