Good quality
It was missing the C of A and the SDS because it is a chemical product.However, it was used for samples in the lab, it was not a big deal.

Worked great! We used them to match some existing slabs ...
Worked great! We used them to match some existing slabs which had a red + black speckled finish. Used a base black coloring in the cement, and then sprinkled SPARINGLY red dye powder straight on the wet cement in place, and worked in a little. A surprisingly close match. Dyes are very potent.
