Perfect for sugar cookies
Mold is sturdy and feels nice. There is a bit of a process to keep sugar cookie dough from sticking. Dip flower part of the mold in vegetable oil and wipe off so just a tiny bit remains. Sift a light dusting of flour into mold. Tap to shake into the crannies. Then tap out the excess. I used chilled dough balls. Really cold and room temp dough needs dusted each time. There's a sweet spot as the cold dough warms up when you can press a couple cookies between dusting.
