I have been diabetic for 3 years now. I have been doing lots of research to help my body return to a somewhat normal state( w/o meds). I stumbled upon this, read the reviews ( +,-), and decided to give it a try. I am cautious and will slowly add this to my new list of supplements. First test-after lunch I took the recommended dosage and it lowered my BSL by 20 points( well within range). The second test- (before dinner) was tested after 2 hours( 137). Not only did it lower my BSL but it put it in the range of a person that does not have diabetes. Last test- before breakfast( 100) not bad, but I was pleased with the results. Overall: I will continue to take this supplement and incorporate it into my daily routine. So far I am pleased with the 3 tests I have taken. It will make you go to the bathroom so be careful. Your body needs to adjust to this new product. I did inform my doctor about this supplement and she had no objection. Matter of fact she had never heard of it. But, she said if it works then great. If it can keep me off Metformin then it should not be any problem.

This is an excellent item with very little after taste. The viscosity is very thin and can be added seemly to any liquid. The amount of liquid does leave me desiring a lower cost. Overall I’m happy with this purchase. I don’t have blood sugar issues but I take it to help regulate my sugar. I can feel the difference. It does seem to curb my appetite but can make me feel a little woozy after. Full disclaimer, I am very very sensitive to everything. Seriously, everything. I’m happy I can tolerate this with very little effects.

Good product that you can feel after drinking. If you have slow metabolism, this product is definitely a booster that in conjunction with other blood sugar lowering supplements will aid in your blood sugar spikes. So, follow up by a good workout and a visit to your local doctor (for the numbers). You can obtain decent results.

Replace some essential trace minerals pretty well

Got this for my husband who is type II, insulin dependent x 28 years. Prior to starting he was on 1000mg Metformin twice/ day + 16U Levamir at night. After two weeks of taking 1.5 tsp at all meals he no longer needs any insulin & has reduced Metformin to 500mg/ meal. Fasting BS have been 70-119. Tonight he took only 250mg Metformin with dinner & BS got so low 2 hr. after eating that he needed snack @ 8:30pm (36g CHO)- went to bed with BS of 106- We shall see in the am. This works!! - But, toxicity is possible.

I didn’t get any benefits from this product. It didn’t even have a taste. Sorry but I won’t be a returning customer.

I've recently added this product to my supplement routine. I am not sure the long-term effects at this time. I just wanted to say it's especially easy to take, barely flavored, essentially like a teaspoon of water. I really appreciate that in comparison to a big pill.
