Got broken / Damaged in few days of use .
Backrest part got broken in few days of usage . Dangerous for elderly people. It end up with serious injuries.Aluminum or metal quality is not that great even for less than 80kgs weight people .

chair is different than the description
Chair is very uncomfortable to sit. They sent me a basic shower chair instead of the one described and shown in pictures. The one I got did not have arms adjustment and looks different. The same chair is sold by other sellers for AED229 but I paid AED 380 because it looks different and had arms adjustment. They picked up the chair but never shipped the replacement for it. We needed the chair urgently for a patient just campout of heart surgery. Very disappointed.
