Tomorrow I'll Be Brave

My 3 year old son loves this book, he can be sensitive and reserved and this book encourages him to be brave and confident.

First became interested in this book because, as a graphic designer, I've been following Jessica Hische for a while am a huge fan of the passion and detail that she puts into her work. Decided to buy this book because, as a bibliophile, I was interested in the story that she tells. Was not disappointed when it arrived, words and imagery merged together beautifully. I can't wait to read this book to my future children!

So happy to be able to share this piece of art with my 3-year-old daughter. It reinforces the messages that I try to teach her everyday. That you should try new things everyday and it's ok to be scared sometimes. Love it. Jessica is an artist that I've followed for a long time now. She's amazing!

This is a wonderful book! The message is positive and encouraging, and the illustrations are beautiful. The book encourages us to be adventurous, strong, smart, curious, creative, confident, and brave; but more importantly reminds us that it’s ok to be scared; to try our best; and that we’ll have tomorrow to be or try again. It’s an easy read, and reads like a poem/rhyme. The illustrations are so much fun—the characters are cuddly cute, the colors are vibrant, and the lettering is gorgeous. I read it to my kids, and they loved it! It’s a perfect bedtime read. I’ve always admired Jessica’s work and was thrilled when she announced she was writing and illustrating a children’s book. I highly recommend this book!

I bought this for my 2 year old niece and I am so happy that I did. I've been following Jessice Hiche's typography since I was in college and I'm a huge fan of her style. When I saw on instagram that Jessica had written a children's book I knew it would be gorgeous. I loved the message of the book from the short snippets I saw online and decided to pre-order it for my niece's birthday gift. I read it to her for the first time last time and it was a wonderful experience. The book is really gorgeous (especially the typography obviously) and I think it's a message the all kids should hear. It's okay if you couldn't be everything you wanted to be today – there is always tomorrow! And even if you can't be what you want right now it's okay because you have a support system around you to love you and help you along. A must be for kids of all ages I think. I told my two work friends about it and they've both bought their own copies for their 4 year old son and 3 year old sons respectively.

for a person that loves typography this is a plus. but as i read this book to my child, she will repeat these words and phrases throughout the day or later as she plays on her own! my child is 3. if they repeat everything they know, then its a great thing to instill these words and phrases like these in the book. I'm all for establishing that confidence and self worth in the child early on.
