Lovely LEDs. They don't show multiple colours at the same time though so the box is a bit misleading. They stick to the wall well, even though we have paint on the wall that has a mild sheen. They have dropped down a couple of times, in the approx 6 minths weve had them, but they stick again no problem. They come with a remote which works well mostly. Just one colour doesn't work too well on the remote as other reviewers have said. I've downloaded the app but rarely use it. I do recommend these lights and would buy again. I bought the little extension lead but actually didn't need it as there was enough cable to start the lights from right under the ceiling

Great lights, really easy to put up- you've just got to take your time, and don't let the reel drop while you're sticking them up!Also, there is a sticky backing on the actual lights-the foam sticky stuff that comes with them is for if it comes unstuck for any reason. My 14yo son absolutely loves these lights, and are on for hours daily. They have stayed up, and working perfectly to date (I didn't use any additional adhesive, just peeled off the backing and stuck the lights to the wallpaper)! I didn't cut mine, as I didn't quite understand the instructions for that, but the booklet supplied is pretty straight forward.The remote is great, and there are loads of different functions, with three additional buttons for customised settings!. I think you can get an app too, but we didn't bother with that as the remote was perfect enough.Highly recommend!

Granted they do have their faults, they aren’t as bright as I hoped but still give sufficient lighting for reading etc. the adhesion is good, though they felt a bit thin for my liking as my other leds are quite thick and sturdy. The remote stopped working after a short while but this doesn’t really bother me as the app works perfectly fine and allows me to change the colour to almost anything I like. Very nice

No problems atall. Stuck underneath the coving, plugged in and been working ever since. Only thing I will say is the wire leading to the plug could be longer. If your plug is floor height as most are then the strip lighting won’t reach to the ceiling, it will have to start on the wall leading up to the the ceiling. I got round this by sticking an extension socket half way up the wall and plugging in to that! Not ideal but used for a gaming room so it was used for gaming monitors etc aswell. Ask if you have anything else with LEDs in the room (my sons gaming desk had led lights) or if you have a colour changing lightbulb as we do, the remote control will also try and change those colours too. It can’t differentiate between the seperate devices.

Firstly, the remote sensor is totally poor. It's not working until you get closer. Secondly, the app is totally scrap, it won't work and same as the remote, you must get closer to the source before it will pick up. I've got one of Led light in my room, which i can control from my sitting room. But this is totally annoying and waste of money. The light on its own can bring different colours. If i set it on blue, it will appear in three different colours. Like blue, red and green. Very annoying. DO NOT BUY THIS.. I REPEAT, NEVER BUY THIS.. IT'S TOTALLY CRAP AND WASTE OF MONEY.

Look great, with good features, price very reasonable, but they just dont stick and fall down all the time, tried loads of ways to get them to stick but had no luck, such a shame.

It’s always nice when a product turns out to be better than you expected, which certainly is the case here. Installation is simple, but time-consuming, with a self-adhesive backing that sticks directly to the wall. The lights come with some extra-sticky retainer pads that can be used at the start of the ribbon run, or at corners, etc. The ribbon is flat and about 10mm wide, so it has good flexibility in one direction, but it’s quite stiff in the other direction - this made it a bit tricky to get around the non-square corners in my son’s room. As I got the hang of the technique, the installation improved as I went around the room. I may go back to the early parts and re-install them with some new self-adhesive. Hint: make sure you’ve got a helper to hold the reel of lights because it’s impossible to balance it and get a tidy installation at the same time.Once installed, my son got the app on his phone... it’s really impressive how much functionality that adds. You can also adjust the brightness, change colours and select the various flashing or music actuated modes.To be fair, the app renders the remote control unnecessary, but it works if you need it.Overall a very good product, better than I expected. Son is delighted with them!No idea about reliability yet but it looks well-made. I’ll check back in a few months.

I was looking for lights to go around some architrave that I had fitted to my daughter's bedroom wall. I carried out a lot of research and to get the length required in one set was a real bonus.The lights stuck very well to the architrave and the remote is spot on. The app is useful but I tend to use the remote.Price wise these were considerably cheaper than others I was looking at. You would never know as they are bright, reactive to commands and make my daughter's room look fantastic.Can't comment on durability but worse case I could buy more than 10 replacements at this price compared to what I was quoted for similar.
