Maintaining a 7% to 10% body fat for over 5 years. I am over 40 so this is one of the tools in my strategy. I love to be able to make amazing healthy foods with olive oil with out the access oil. I am using them for over 10 years. This is to replace the last few that I had.

Finally an oil spray that works. Fill it up with half only and not full so you can have the best results

After pumping and following the instructions, it sprays for 1 second and then then oil comes out in a straight line just as if your pouring from the bottle. Waste of money

My husband found out about how many awful chemicals are in the regular, store-bought oil sprays so we decided to give these a try. They are perfect for baking and cooking. The spray is even and mist like in stead of a stream like other spray bottles. They are easy to use! The spray is not as continuous as the store bought ones but I will take it over the added chemicals and propellants! We filled our first one with regular vegetable oil for baking and plan to use olive oil in the other for misting veggies.

Able to use many oils as spray without aerosol prices. Started with Olive Oil when done or needed next oil just put reminder back in original bottle and the add next oil really works with. I use Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, Grapeseed Oil, etc.. I love that it is clear at bottom I only fill to clear area then it pumps and sprays very well.

Great eco-friendly option to avoid disposables. You need to pump it to get the spray action and build up pressure.
