It's a cute book with powerful affirmations.

I was doing some research on affirmations as I want to practice them more in my daily life with meditation. I came across this book and read all positive things about it so I figured I would try it. I purchased it for myself and absolutely love it! Since then, I have also purchased it for many of my family and friends too. Using this book to have daily affirmations really does change your life and makes everything feel better in life.

I really enjoy opening up that little booklet each day and reading which affirmation the universe has in store for me.

Exactly what I was expecting! It is delightful to read a thought first thing in the morning and before going to bed :)
