What sort of company would sell you a specialized measuring device without detailed instructions? What sort of company would sell you a tool with a missing part?Well, apparently Wagner would.The fact that I can probably find the information on the web is irrelevant. I should be able to buy this thing and use it in a place where there is no internet! Moreover, for a measuring tool of this type, which relies on elapsed time to arrive at a value, the chart should be considered an integral part of the product. In other words, the cup without the chart is like an electric drill without the motor. Worthless.

This is the same basic item that comes with many airless er LPHV home sprayers. You may have to do some trial and error to calibrate this, but it is just the thing when you have to thin a finish before spraying. I bought this and a generic one and they are identical as far as function goes.

Haven't used yet but don't expect any issues. Construction looks well made.

Does exactly what it needs to do (measures the paint during the thinning process) and cleans up very well... also an item that cannot be picked up at your normal Lowe's or Home Depot, so price works well, and ships quickly

You cannot use an airless sprayer without one of these works perfectly
