Are the chunks normal? Is it still okay to use? How do you get rid of the chunks?

I have been using this product for a few years. Never seen chunks in it! I would say if there are ‘chunks’ which is gross by the way..this most likely meant that a batch was exposed to heat or cold, or something went wrong!

Mine has gel like chunks in it, is that normal? Only recent reviews mention that, so could it be a bad batch? Very unpleasant to use.

Yes mine too. May be bad batch but I complained to company and Amazon ,no response. Chunks not normal. I have used it previously

Why can't i just get a refund on these items, when Im returning them because the inner seals were broken on both bottles?

Did you contact Amazon customer service about this issue? It may be that Therabreath ships the product directly but through Amazon shipping which may have been the reason for replacement versus just getting a credit.
