SalewaWs Mountain Trainer Lite Mid Gore-TEX Women's High Rise Hiking Boots

Bought these for my partner as I needed a hiking boot in size 2.5. All looked fine and fitted her foot nicely. She went on a 14 mile hike and phoned me half way through in agony both boots were rubbing the skin till the skin broke leaving grazes. She removed them and walked home in her socks!!! I got a red ear lobe because of these! Returned for a refund and will now look for an alternative that she can choose (she was using a full length hiking sock) Never again will I put myself in this position my ears are still burning!

These are fabulous. They are super supportive, great for ramblers or hikers. I use mine pretty much every weekend and go rambling with the kids through muddy terrain, sheep paddocks, up hills, across streams etc. They are always a delight to wear and i would recommend them to anyone who is going on a decent country walk or pilgrimage.

Very disappointed with the waterproof quality... Used twice and with the minimum rain they got super wet.

Nice boots but didn’t have the usual insole you get so wasn’t as sturdy on my feet so returned them.

They feel comfortable and grippy. But the fit is very narrow, and they get super hot.
