Will gas mileage increase

I drive (and now use this in) a 1996 Toyota 4Runner. Prior to its use I'd averaged 17mpg, then performed a replacement on plugs, wires, and air filter (upgrading to a K&N); in addition to cleaning the MAF and throttle body (all on my own, mind you!). I now average anywhere between 19.5 (city) and just under 25 (highway). I'm not sure just how much of a fuel increase can be contributed to this product, but I no longer go without it!

Would keeping this in the car in hot Texas heat be an issue?

OF COARCE ITS A DANGEROUS ISSUE !! Storing any flamable liquid in a car is very dangerouse , especially a hot car !! you put yourself at risk of combustion from the heat & also combustion if you get in a accident !! buy a tiny bottle of lucas fuel additive , its about 5.5 oz.s !! fill that up and insulate it in trunk to keep it cool . then when you fill up ? you will have a bottle ready to put in your tank !! instead of hauling around a gallon of the stuff .

Whats difference between this and the fuel treatment 5 oz

Will it help remove P0420 code?

2 bottles of Lucas oil, one gas refill apart, helped with my P0420 Code on Infiniti QX60 engine light. With the 2nd bottle, the light was gone. It worked like a charm. I will continue to keep the fuel tank clean moving forward. Tip : don't wait for the fuel tank to be completely empty before you refill.
