What material is the tongue of the komodo dragon made of? Is it durable, or just felt?

It's not felt it is ribbed and more like a ribbon. It has held up since Christmas. The entire dragon shows no signs of wear and is super soft and cozy.

The title of the product says 12" but the details say 24 x 9 x 4 inches. How big is it really?

I just bought mine November, 2014 and it is most definitely closer to 24" than it is 12. In fact, I just measured and it is 23.3"

Does this contain flame retardant

That drsgon was so great. Soft and he just made you smile. The picture is exactly what he looks like. My 8 year old grandson loved it.
