Loved this at first. Purchased in late December and it worked perfectly at first. Amazon's return closed in late January. Item stopped working mid-February. The keys no longer function properly. Hit one key and another displayed on the iPad's screen. Since return window closed, no seller contact information displayed, and therefore couldn't contact seller about defective item. Disappointing. Amazon accepts the item back, providing only an 80% refund. Will not recommend this product at all.

not the best, but it does it's job.The way you charge this thing is weird. It's not a plug or cable. It's like a magnetic overlay that doesn't snap on easily. I'm worried the day will come when the overlay will erode or the charge location on the case will deteriorate so much that I can't charge it anymore.Other than that, battery life is good! Have used it for nearly a week-ish without charging (I am a student, so I use it a lot)

Not happy with this keyboard for a few reasons. First, the iPad constantly slides towards the number keys. This makes typing using the number keys near impossible. To fix this, I added a couple band aids to help keep the iPad from sliding forward. Next, the "delete" key in the upper-right corner is actuall the Lock key, and immediately shuts the iPad off. The backspace key is located under the delete key. Takes some time getting used to this. Finally, keyboard wakes up the iPad when closed. Siri will randomly speak and try to assist even though everything is closed and not in use. I would NOT buy this product again.

Really, I would get it five stars except it doesn't allow the tablet to rotate to portrait orientation. But the keyboard works great. Easy to pair. Cover is nice, but plain. Which is a great way to disguise the $1,000 piece of electronics it covers. I appreciate that because I don't like flashy things. If you're looking for bling, this ain't it.

A great keyboard and cover for the money. The case does what it's supposed to do and gives good protection to the iPad. The only drawback is even though there are some rubber feet below the screen holder, they don't do a very good job of holding it in place - especially when typing. I solved this by adding two small velcro strips (1.5" x .25" approx) with the fuzzy side on the keyboard and the corresponding coarse side on the screen holder. Problem solved - and for about a third of the cost of other comparable products from Apple, Logitech, etc. Also, the keyboard holds its charge for weeks - I usually charge monthly. I recommend!

Really tried to like it...Pros: The case and keyboard keys are (Just) passable. Rather a Tight fit.The typing experience is cramped some but no more than using the on screen keyboard.Should provide some protection if dropped. (If it stays latched... More on that in the Cons...)Cons: When propped open to type, there is no magnet to hold it down to the surface... Only Gravity!This makes it super easy to flop over at the slightest tip. Forget about using it on your lap.The rather Odd charging cable is proprietary so if you lose it your stuck, also it is very flimsy.Who ever designed the Keyboard put (for some unknown reason...) a Key that locks your tablet exactly where the Delete key is!Not very smart as this key is used most often by anyone who types.You endlessly end up locking your Tablet having to either use your Fingerprint or Passcode to unlock it.The latch magnet is Very Weak and pops open at the slightest bump.If there was a magnet to hold it while propped up like the Logi Create for the 12" iPad Pro it would have been a super buy.I could have pried off the locking key and had a fairly good Keyboard Cover. Alas it is not to be.I guess I'll have to wait for Logitech to make a Backlighted Magnetic Keyboard for this Little Guy like the Logi Create.Sorry Guys get back to the drawing board on this one.

Magnetic power cord mount not stable, rocks and looses electrical connection frequently.. You need to monitor the connection and re-adjust constantly .When set in an upright position to view ipad , it merely rests on the keyboard without any predetermined secure place. Ipad easily slides forward resting against first row of keys. Bad bad. design.
