These are a great double short - the inner is soft and not too grippy, so it moves with you as you run, while the outer doesn't cling to the inner through static as in some other double shorts I've had. After wearing these for a 5K run I bought a second pair.

This was a present for my son who is a keen runner. I had little to zero knowledge, but with sellers great assistance they were just the job. Pocket in back useful. Length and comfort ideal.
