Curl KeeperGel | 33.8oz/1L | Ultimate Hold with Frizz Control

Great hold in my wavy hair.

I thought this was my favourite gel for my wavy hair, but this bottle seems to dry out and damage my hair. I tested the pH levels and it was quite high at 8. Not sure if I should try this product again from another supplier or just find another gel.

I heard good reviews on this product and I can’t wait to try it. I deal with a lot of frizzy hair and my curls are not as tight as I want them so trying this out basically because I was tired of having dry frizzy hair and none of several products used would give that radiant healthy hair. The curl keeper activator, gel and foam did not work for me. I have used this a few times and leaves my hair dry and my hair seems to be falling out more now than ever.But I was surely disappointed because I thought this would work for me. The gel look great wet but when I use diffuser to dry my hair or dry it naturally my hair looks like a Fuzz ball which is so annoying. Plus the amount I paid for this gel is not cheap and now it’s a waste of my money.

I have tried many products over a lifetime of working with my curly hair. I discovered the Curly Hair Solutions line of products about twelve years ago, and have never looked back. My curls are defined and soft; never frizzy or sticky. Everyone in my family uses these products daily and loves them.

I really liked this product when I've purchased it from other stores, however it was delivered to me with a broken lid and everything in the box was all sticky. It's not cheap and i don't think it's right some had spilled, especially considering the broken off part of the top was not in the box, so they must have mailed it without a lid, already broken. I was going to return the bottle but I would have to figure out how to seal it up myself so it doesn't make a mess at the post office. Will not be buying again.
