What is this bag made of?

Dear buyer, Industrial-grade mesh material, Triple-stitched, heavy-duty netting, protect it from damaging organic matter that cause wear and tear. And the mesh hole is 2mm.

Is the mesh rigid? What prevents the bag from getting sucked into the pump?

I have no idea! My does the same thing, the mesh is soft so it does get sucked in. I'm still working on it. Other than that is is a very nice bag.

My pump is 8 X 8 x 6; will this bag fit?
