La construcción y calidad del sartén es buena, sin embargo al tener recubrimiento antiadherente y no poder usar flama alta, impide dorar los alimentos. Creo sería mucho mejor la parrilla en acero y poderle dar a tus alimentos ese verdadero toque a la parrilla.

This isn’t my first ‘Korean BBQ’ style grill but definitely my favorite to date ! It’s the only one that completely interlocks to eliminate any chance of a grease fire.I used an Iwanini 35F butane burner (15,000 BTU) on low and got excellent results. The grill heats up using radiant heat from the burner and will work equally well on an electric range as long as the burner is smaller than the base. It WILL sit solidly outside the chrome burner ring of the smallest burner.The construction is precision cast alloy so it doesn’t have the thermal mass of a heavy cast iron grill so not something I’d use for searing meat or blackening fish, but that’s fine - nothing with an anti-stick finish should go on high heat anyway.Cleanup was a breeze - a quick rinse under hot water and everything came right off !The liquid in the outside ring visibly boils and NEEDS to be refilled. (Easily done without removing the grilling surface) As well as acting as a grease trap I’m pretty sure it acts as a heat sink to keep the metal close to the flame at a safe temperature.Nice ! Definitely recommended !

I had grilled veggies for a week straight after I received it. I bought another model prior to this one and I didn’t like it at all so I sent it back. This item was perfect! The “moat” was deep enough to hold a good amount of water to significantly reduce/eliminate smoke and it doesn’t dry out before the food fully cooks (two things that were an issue with the previous item). Clean up was easy. Once I left the burner on and forgot when I returned it was quite burned but the cooking plate cleaned up nicely and retained it’s nonstick quality. The water reservoir was not as easy to clean (see photo) but cooking has not been compromised; still works great! I would and have recommended this to family and friends.

I have two or three 'stove top grilling pans' and all they really do is put grilling lines on the meat. The ribs are so shallow the meat is still cooking in its own grease.This unit works great, deep ribs so the meat is held above the grease, the grease runs off into the water trench and although it ain't BBQ, its a close as you are gonna get on a stove.One not though, make SURE you heat the grill fully before putting the meat on. Since there is no direct flame to the meat it takes longer to heat and to cook!

Very very disappointed, it is so so small for the price I paid. Ridiculously over priced.
