Nutro Wholesome Essentials Natural Senior Dry Dog Food

I started using this dog food as it was a healthier option for my dog, but not as expensive as some of the other premier products like Blue Buffalo. The price has jumped dramatically and now there is no reason to continue purchasing this as it was my second choice.

Wish it was this price everyday but gotta love what happens on cyber Monday!

Oddly, after ten years, Charlie (our beagle) developed a severe itch which was driving him crazy. We ended up having to get injections to ease the itch. We began looking into his diet. We began by making food for him, then we looked into Nutro. I read several reviews on how other dogs were having digestion/diarrhea issues which believed was from Nutro. Now it wasn't after changing but some were after years of feeding them Nutro. Now, Charlie has been on Nutro for months now, and we are not having as many allergic issues (still some, but we live in seasonal allergy country), and I am not seeing the issues reported by others. I have given this product a good review. I did not rate taste because, hey unless my dog learns to speak to me and tells me it is delicious, i cant rate it. But then again, would i believe my dog anyways when i have seen him eat his poop.
