I bought this for my husband for Christmas because his office is always so cold his hands freeze. After the first day of use he came home and said he loved it. He said he was doubtful that the USB plug could even create the warmth, he was surprised it worked. He has only used for a few weeks now so I don't know how it will hold up but for now would highly recommend for those with freezing hands that use a mouse. I received it sooner than the date said when I purchase it too. Not eligible for the 2 day Prime.

It delivered a few days earlier than estimated. Would be better if the heating element inside the wrist rest was longer heating more space; so I moved it around. The heated mouse is awesome…love the heat setting . Our office is cold for me and I am on blood thinners so before I was typing in winter gloves but in the 5 business days since this arrived I have only had them on once or twice.

My partner is ALWAYS cold, but the mouse and wrist pad really help, he doesn't come near me with frozen hands anymore. I have asked him to turn them off, but that's a lost cause, so be prepared for higher power bills when the user prefers not to shut them off. I have felt them and they are nice and toasty. I hope they will be reliable, have worked now for about a week and going strong.

I work in a very cold office, and the cold creates arm and hand strain, making it difficult to type and use the mouse as efficiently as I'd like. This 2-piece set of heated mouse and heated keyboard pad were everything that I wanted. They kept my hands and wrist warm enough, and improved my productivity. I'm very happy with the purchase.

I was surprised that this wrist pad and mouse could produce enough heat from a USB port, but it does. If you have a cold office to work in, then you will appreciate this "warm spot" for your wrists and hands. These both feel great when my hands are cold. These make nice gifts if you have a friend who has cold fingers and works with a computer all day.

I absolutely LOVE my heated mouse! My mousing hand always got extra cold working in a computer lab that is heavily air conditioned. This has been a major help to me ergonomically. Love it love it love it!

My mouse broke after 8 months and the wrist rest doesn't heat any more. I wrote the company and received no reply. The mouse worked really well until the button broke.
