Made a bamboo pergola!
Worked great! Bamboo pergola is basically finished. Needed to stick the bamboo in flower pots for extra support because the poles are thin. These nuts and bolts 🔩 held everything together snuggly but that’s what nuts and bolts do. Just drilled a 1/4” hole with an electric drill, helped to drill a small hole first with a smaller bit then used a 1/4” bit. I needed 3 boxes of these nuts and bolts to do the job. I think I got the bamboo on Amazon too 🤔. Now all I need is my blow up pool (probably from Amazon as well) for a private, roofless tanning spot. Oh I got the curtains from Amazon too lol…jeez - hey - I’m happy!

Amazon recommends??????
I bought these bolts as part of an Amazon recommended package to repair my wheel borough. I ordered two new handles and got the "Amazon recommends", so I ordered the package consisting of new handles, new wedges, and these bolts. Well, I only received one wedge even though the photo showed two, turns out only one was ordered by Amazon. I received the bolts and upon repair found that NONE of the bolts were the correct size either in diameter or length. So, I would recommend that when it says "Amazon recommends" you carefully look at all the recommendations before ordering. I will not be returning the bolts as it will cost more in gas to drive to UPS than the bolts are worth. Lesson learned!

Not for Wheelbarrow use!
These are described for use with wheelbarrow repair along with the handles in the 'commonly purchased items' on Amazon. These bolts are too short and too narrow for that application. I had to go to a local hardware store to finish the project.

Not long enough
Amazon bundled theses with wheelbarrow handles replacement. Useless as way too short. Last time I will buy anything amazon bundled. Better be careful as someone is out of touch a know nothing. I’ll take the hit as a mechanical eng. I should have checked. WATCH BUNDLED items.

Wrong size
The bolts were suppose to be for the handles of a wheelbarrow, which I ordered at the same time along with the wedges. The bolt diameter was so small that the fell through the pre-drilled holes in the handle. The bolts sent were labelled that they were for a garage door not for a wheelbarrow. I returned them. I was able to use some of the old bolts and some others I had on hand. The bolts were too short, they weren't even as long as the handle was wide let alone the handle, wedge and barrow.
