Is this comfortable if you otherwise use small flanges? With my medela PISA I use 19mm or 21mm flanges, larger ones give me sores.

How does this compare to the 'old' version of this pump? I see this is the 'new and improved'. Does it work as well as the original?

I don't have the old one, but as far as I can tell, the pumps work the same. The old pump has a small neck that interchanges with classic bottles and nipples. The new pump uses the wide Lansinoh momma bottle with the natural wave nipple. This new pump can work with any of the Lansinoh momma bottles with natural wave nipple, which happen to be really good bottles. The old pump does not use the Lansinoh momma bottle with natural wave nipple. I would recommend the new one.

Will this pump work with my medela storage bottles?

I know this is 2 years to late but I've found you can use mam bottles as well.

The white drip seal insert inside the pump is starting to fail, do you sell replacement part or only pump as a whole?

Pro tip: Maymom sells replacement valves for a reasonable price here on Amazon. I accidentally dropped my valve down the disposal and have been using a Maymom replacement valve since.
