The spatula is made in France with a proprietary material that very flexable and seemingly durable Author just purchased recently and used several times without issue Made for fish but can be used for meats as well as the spatula will not damage the surface of your pans whether made of teflon or expensive carbon steel or aluminium or a combination Highly recommended !!!!
