Q I'm a skilled screen printer and took a chance on buying this emulsion instead of my trusted Ulano brand. All my screens are over exposed?

With using a new emulsion brand you should always calculate a new burn time. When I started using this brand my new burn time was quicker, which would cause over exposure if not adjusted from a previous longer time.

I'd like to know how long would last screen exposure for a 35 watt led light! Thank you

It really depends on how close your light is to the screen. I recommend to Google a exposure calculator and burn a screen using it to get your exposure units time

Can i use led blacklight in the room while coating the screens or will that expose it?

I have not used a black light before I just use a dim led light or the flashlight from my phone and set it away from me
