Q: How do i fix this hat? It was shipped in a smashed soft package and lost all form. Should I return it or can you recommend how to fix it?

I bough this hat for my father in law. It arrived in good condition. It wasn't smashed. I have no idea how to fix it. You shouldn't have to fix it. It's brand new . Return it. They should make it good. Amazon has never let me down.

Q: Is the band removable?

The band is glued on, with a narrow band of glue all the way around. I would say It would probably damage the hat.

Q: Question for the Seller: In what country is this made?j

The tag on my hat says Made in China.

Q: How is this one size fitts all does it stretch ?

It does have a stretch band in it, however, if your head is real big or small it probably would not fit.
