Q: What is best for a golden retriever?

I think it depends on what you are using it for and wanting out of a brush. I have two long haired small dogs and it works for more of a massage for them. It is not a deshedding tool in my opinion. Probably would work if you were using it for a bath to massage shampoo in the dogs coat.

Hello, Yes, the Furbliss brush works great for pets that don't shed! The Furbliss brush is silicone so she won't find discomfort in brushing. It also provides a nice massage for her and is great for bathing!

Yes, yes, yes... it sure does. I bought 2 one for short hair cats and dog and one for a long hair cat. They both work great, although you have to use it often to start with because it takes time to get to where they don't shed as much. Well worth the money plus the fur babies will love it it's really gentle on their skin🥰 Oh yeah let me say this also you can use this on your furniture to remove hair.
