The ladder is extraordinarily versatile. It feels very solid and well balanced, as if it is impossible for you to fall, even being a heavy guy. The corner adaptor it has is marvelous, making it possible to lean against internal corners and external corners. Little Giant is something else for ladders - absolutely not what you normally find in a hardware store. They are the BMW of ladders. Delivery in Dubai was very fast and easy.

I had displeasure to see 2 kinds of these:1) basic 4' ladder (that amazon shipped by mistake to me)2) 6' industrial model, that I originally ordered.Both were very poorly packaged. That cheap box just does not hold this product well. Box contained multiple (5-6) holes in it, and ladder was looking through these holes, and exposed parts were of course scratched.Small 4' ladder was sturdy. But ladder was heavy for 4'. What was the point using fiberglass over aluminum then ?!!! Feet are made of plastic, not rubber, so you can't use them at home if you have hardwood floors.For that purpose I paid extra for the 6' industrial model, because I thought it has more stable feet, and they are made or softer rubber. Nope, cheap plastic too. And this ladder WAS NOT STABLE because of DIFFERENT SIZE LEGS. Really ?! for $226 ?Amazon says "Field Replaceable Feet" - on a product page. But wait for it... NO SPARE PARTS ARE AVAILABLE! There is no such product! You can't find them on amazon or on Little Giant site.Yes you can set it up straight, for extra length, but top part is not sturdy at all. Top plastic platform - only for tools, I don't recommend stepping on it.And last but not least - the industrial model has "Ground Cue Bottom-Rung Safety Signal" - that nasty squicky thing!!!! Makes horrible clicking and unclicking sound.Sorry to disappoint you, but to my opinion - this product is not what they say it is. For home - its too rough, heavy and shaky, and for industrial use - there are lots of cheaper competitors. Its a mystery to me why it got so many good reviews.

Amazon delivered the wrong size ladder on the wrong agreed to day in a totally damaged box. Other than that everything else was perfect. 🤪
