This is my second time to use this soap. My wife gave me the "soap on a rope" version as a gift. I was immediately impressed with the pleasant fragrance that was not overwhelming but seemed to last subtly after my shower. After showering with it several times, I noticed that my skin was not as dry and scaly as usual, especially on my arms and legs. And finally, after thinking, "Well, this is pretty good stuff, but the bar will be gone in a couple of weeks." This soap lasts a surprisingly long time. While it costs a bit more than the stuff you buy in the supermarket, for me the additional price is well worth it when you figure in the moisturizing, the fragrance and the longevity. I'll be buying this soap for a long time to come.

Wanted a top grade smelling soap recommended by a friend from a well known company. Love the smell of saddle wood. Arrived early & in excellent condition.

This soap is gentle on the skin, lathers beautifully and leaves one feeling totally refreshed and smelling of a delightfully mild sandalwood fragrance. I have used many soaps in my lifetime and without hesitation, can heartily recommend it as the best one yet. Worth every penny!

The intense aroma might be a little too much for some, but I absolutely love the way it smells. So long as you don't leave it in a puddle of water, this hard milled soap should last a long time. I order several and put the ones not in use in the drawers with my clothing.
