The are football shaped and pretty big for a pill!

Why does manufacturer takes away two key ingredients, pygeum bark and stinging nettle leaf that were ever in the previous version?

Sorry I don't know the answer. However if you are asking about this product, you are probably having some difficulty in the bathroom. If I were having that kind of problem, I wouldn't care what my eating habits were, I would be more concerned with my ability to correct the situation. Hope this thought helps and good luck..

Does this product have to be cycled?

No cycling required. No steroidal element to this product. Only supplemental vitamins and minerals. Two tabs in the morning and another two tabs in the evening seem to do the trick but there's not an immediate effect. Takes some time but once it's working it's effective.
