No need to give up dairy products because this product works!
We had tried other "generic" lactase supplements. They did not work well. Lactaid Vanilla twist tablets are easy to take because they are chewable. They do not taste bad, and they work! We have no had to give up cheese or milk products as a result. When we knowingly are going to eat a high in lactose meal, we take more than one tablet with the first bite of food.

Not chewable but caplets
The picture and description of the product says “Chewable”. I received caplets. I know the product works, price is good too. But this doesn’t change the fact that it’s not what I ordered and paid for. I tried returning it but that’s not an option. “Product is not eligible for return”. Won’t buy it again from this seller
