Best Belgian White Chacolate
This is my second time buy, Probably i will buy more as i am doing some kind of Chacolate experiments and Dubai Chacolates on my own , this is my review for this product, Iโm really impressed with this white chocolate! Itโs incredibly smooth and creamy, perfect for a wide range of baking and candy-making projects. Iโve used it for everything from cookies and fudge to making chocolate-covered Oreos and even homemade ice cream. Each time, it has added a rich, delicious flavor that stands outโdefinitely a step above the typical white chocolate you find in stores. It melts beautifully and has a great texture, making it easy to work with in various recipes. While itโs on the pricier side, it seems to go further than other chocolates Iโve used, and the taste justifies the extra cost. I also appreciated that it arrived in perfect condition with no issues with tempering. Iโm so glad I found this, as it really does remind me of the classic white chocolate taste I remember from childhoodโnothing like the fake white โchocolateโ products out there. Iโll definitely be purchasing this again for my future baking and candy-making needs! Highly recommend if youโre looking for high-quality white chocolate that delivers both in flavor and performance!

Overly sweet and not a good quality chocolate
Overly sweet and not a good quality chocolate ! Not at all as described & quoted... "traditional high quality Belgian chocolate w/ creamy and smooth taste with flavor profiles that industry professionals have known to love and expect from Europe."

Net Weight SHORT 20 grams of promised Two Pounds - Chocolate great
Measure before you start your baking - Cambie shorted me on weight! I use this white chocolate for rum raisin fudge because its net weight is supposed to be two full pounds (908 grams) - this has been true in the past but this year Dec 2024 the product contained less than to two pounds I needed for 2 batches of fudge (by 20 grams at least!) forcing me to buy an extra bar of white chocolate for my fudge. Other than that, the chocolate itself is perfect --- great melting point, perfect size chips for measuring and melting, tastes wonderful (not too sweet).

Great product but all allergens are not listed on the page
Great looking product. Only problem is that it is packaged on the same equipment as peanuts and that was not listed on the page before purchasing.

You get what you pay for; and take the time to TEMPER
Not cheap-- but read the ingredients. You're buying cocoa butter as opposed to hydrogenated oils. Don't make my mistake and buy "chocolate coating." If you see the words "no tempering required," avoid it. Cocoa fat has different properties than seed oils and requires tempering. Couverture means "covering," like the coating on a piece in a box of expensive chocolates. I've bought this several times to make candy. I take the time to properly temper it and have had excellent results. No shortcuts or saving a buck here! UPDATE: In April. 2026 the price dropped 51%, from $20.39 to $9.99/lb. Thar's a heck of a reduction. I'm stocking up!!
