How are calls answered with it? Is it the same button used for Google and/or Siri?

No, the answer button is actually the silver surface to the rear of the earpiece. Just push right where it says Jabra and you’ll feel it click.

Can it be switched for left ear?

It can be used on left ear, but Jabra name is then upside down - and not written sideways as a previous comment said.

Does it say the name when a person is calling

If the phone is set to announce, it will come through the headset.

Does it take 2 cellphone at same time ?

The Talk 25 does, and does it very well. I have briefly tried the 35 and 45 and was so incredibly frustrated I would never again buy a Jabra product if I hadn't already had a great success with the 25. Sorry to all of you who paid more for an inferior product, but the cheapest one they make seems to be the best...
