In order to use the Klipsch connect app (released by Klipsch) you need to perform a firmware update for the earbuds but if an error occurs(with no fault from one’s side) your earbuds will get bricked(dead).PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT(Klipsch T5 true wireless to be specific).There are VARIOUS OTHER ALTERNATIVE BRANDS OFFERING BETTER PRODUCTS WITH MORE TECHNOLOGICAL FEATURES FOR LESSER PRICE since taking into consideration that the Klipsch T5 true wireless earbuds also has bluetooth connectivity issues AND NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED TO THE DEVICE VERY FREQUENTLY even with the original firmware that it comes shipped with.Please don’t let this be one of your worst investment.

I’am wondering is it fake? It doesn’t work from the beginning! they are instantly discharged immediately after a full charge - just does not work! and I did not have time to return them to the seller, because I was away of the city! What to do now? it was a gift to dad - it's very inconvenient to give non-working headphones - just a shame! Very bad quility!

Los malos comentarios sobre el producto si te hacen dudar para comprarlos. Sin embargo había escuchado de la calidad de esta marca, aunque no había adquirido ningún producto. Debo decir que llevo una semana usándolos y no me arrepiento de haberlos comprado.En cuanto a sonido el espacio sonoro es asombroso (tomando en cuenta la mezcla de la canción que escuches, estilo, etc) Escucho detalles que antes no apreciaba. (para nada se distorsionan, aun en volumen máximo).En cuestión de agudos le bajaría un poco. Frecuencia media, excelente nivel de detalle. Bajos impresionantes, robustos sin invadir u opacar las demás frecuencias. El sonido es lo que más me ha agradado, estoy gratamente sorprendido. No he tenido temas de conexión. El case de carga me encanto, la construcción y comodidad de los audífonos es muy buena, aparte de que prácticamente no sientes que los traes puestos (mentira que se zafan fácilmente, si te los sabes colocar) El tiempo de batería me parece apropiado, sin problema. Creo que son unos excelentes true wireless. El único tema o pero que les pongo es que nos es tan sencillo conectarlos a la app, para experimentar con el ecualizador ( si alguien me dice como lo logro, por fa). Fuera de todo eso, sin duda se merecen 5 estrellas. Los recomiendo...

Quality is amazing, the very first looks will impress you. Undoubtedly these are the best sounding earphones in the price range of Rs.10k to 15k.The sound from these buds is Clean n clear and doesn't bring any ear strain, so you can use them fr hours. Though the bass is on heavier side.However the cons are,1. there are no touch buttons.2. No noise cancellation present.3.No equalizers in the Klipsch App, as i wanted to reduce the bass.

Great sound quality, worked great with my apps but lost connection periodically and these buds would not stay in my ears at all, Loved them but not usable at all.

No EQ function (no matter what you try the app will NOT connect and update your headphones). Poor connectivity. A bit uncomfortable. Great potential, bad realization.

ürün çok güzel, özellikle kutusu efsane 2 adet zippo çakmak genişliğinde, elinize aldığınızda oldukça ağır. tok bir çelik var. kulaklıkları kolayca eşleştirebiliyorsunuz. ses kalitesi, müzik tonlaması çok iyi..ilk şarjla bir hafta boyunca full kullandım. fakat ikinci sarj sonrası sol kulaklık durup dururken bozuldu. şarj süresi kısaldı. İade etmeye karar verdim.Öncelikle Amazon müşteri hizmetlerinden Ayten Hanımın iade sürecinde yaşadığım sorunlara karşı empatik ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımları beni oldukça etkiledi.Teşekkürler :)
