Focal Stand Chora Center Stand, Single, 45cm Height

I bought two of these stands and they both arrived in good condition with no indication that they had been opened. The first went together easily and I was very pleased with the quality. It's a solid and heavy stand. The second had a fouled thread insert in the upright. I contacted Focal and they said they would send a replacement. A month later, I contacted them again for an update. Now I am getting spammed with ticket-closed messages once per hour. I would have preferred an honest refusal to fix it.
