It’s a great one, though it’s a bit more expensive than others out there but it’s worth it.

My autistic 19 year old lad 6 foot 3 and 15 stone bounces - as all autistics like - on a trampette pon which is placed a pilates ball. I have been through many - probably three a year. Tries all brands and types. One lasted a day. This one has been hammered for weeks now and is looking good. You can just tell the quality. Hopefully it will continue for a while yet.

コロナで在宅勤務の数が増え、かといってワーキングチェアだと緊張感がなくなるので、バランスボールを購入。世の中には安いものから高いものまでいろいろありますが、以前買って好印象だったReebokを選択。170cmの身長に75cmは正直大きすぎますが、こういうものと思って家で仕事をするのに使っています。仕事しながらボールの上で弾んだり、腰を回したり、後ろに伸びたり、姿勢が一定でないのでお勧めですよ（この商品に限らずバランスボール使うことはお勧めです）。
