Q: I ordered this sleeping bag but do not see the draw string bag that it comes with. Is it wrapped inside the sleeping bag?

To be honest I don't know. they were both in the same box. I didn't want to open and unroll because I wanted them to be easy to wrap. I'd like to think they are wrapped in the draw string bag but don't really know.

Q: Can this be washed (by hand or washing machine)?

Not sure about washing. It is VERY thin. I bought it for a grandson for slumber parties. I am not sure it will hold up through many washings.

Q: what is the lowest temp this is rated for?

I would not recommend this for outdoor camping in chilly weather. I would suggest warmer summer nights or use for slumber parties.
