Put this in my car as condensation inside was driving me mad. It cleared it all ! Very effective, condensation gone ! Good price, no smell, super easy to use !

This product does soak up moisture, however my car leaks like a sieve and unfortunately it is not up to the task !

My car windscreen steamed up constantly in wet and cold weather. It would take a good 5-10 mins for the windscreen to clear, sat there with air con blowing on full in a freezing cold car every time I went to work and came home was not fun, at all. Wanted to get a new car purely because of the windscreen problem but couldn’t afford it.Came across this… popped it on my dashboard and I haven’t had to de-mist my windows once. At all. I’m so happy I found it, it has reduced my morning misery immensely, being able to get in my car and just get going. One of the best things I’ve ever bought!

Like other reviewers the item arrived with seam split at the back, so masses of the silica beads all over kitchen floor.There's no indicator to inform you it needs drying, so guessing you have to guess by the weight of the thing.In the item description it states 3 mins in a microwave to dry out, yet the instruction booklet it came with says 8-10 mins.Too much effort to return, so NO I would not recommend this item.

Does what it should do - I was getting damp in my car through non-use. On a cold morning its no fun having to dry the screen with a cloth or wait forever for the air-con to do all the work. This has done the trick though - it's a good size so I leave it on the dashboard when not driving, then it can go in the glovebox when I'm using the car. All good here :-)

Wouldn’t buy again, bag broke and bead all over the place, bit expensive for what it is

My car windows were misting up every time it rained. No more, these great dehumidifiers give me clear windows every time, easy to dry them in microwave, the oven and on a radiator.

I bought this product to use in my car. It is a convenient size, and has a good mat to stop it sliding around. But it was a bit like hard work trying to decide what the weight is when it needs drying. I weighed the product on receipt which was 1042g, and amidst all the verbiage was mentioned you should dry it when it is 1.2 - 1.4kg. It could have been more clearly expressed.
