The first delivery was never received, so I wouldn't use them again! I received the second delivery, thank you; but the one on this picture isn't the same! Mine is smaller, with no so straps; but it heats up very well. I have to hold it in place, lying down or; sitting up. I guess beggars can't be choosy?

It was not comfortable and it does not warm up enough.

This has done wonders for my dry eyes.I rarely have to use eye drops now. It's so comfortable, I usually fall asleep in this.

Very relaxing. The only issue i have is the nose piece comes down a little too low.

I like it I got it for my eyes

I have Sjogrens Syndrome and severe dry eyes. I need my eye masks to get hot! This product does get warmer than most and did its job.The head strap is too thin for an eye mask of this size and is a bit uncomfortable. I found the piece that goes across your nose to be very uncomfortable. That is just my personal opinion as a lot of masks out there have the same thing. I don’t think they add any benefit to the product and it’s simply aggravating. If you’re looking for an eye mask that does get hot this is your product however it could use a few adjustments in the comfort category.

I have pretty bad blepharitis and no other mask has worked for me. It is essential anyone suffering from moderate to severe blepharitis must use heat on their eyes to release the blockages in their eye lids - this mask has been amazing. I use it every evening and in the morning the flexible heat and time settings are very useful. Excellent product that I'd buy again. There is no lavender though, straight forward eye mask with blepharitis you just want something that works, this does and the USB capability is invaluable.

Me ha gustado mucho, huele de maravilla a lavanda. Lo compré para problema de ojos, Blesfaritis. Hay que enchufarlo y puedes poner los grados de calor que te apetezca, con goma para ajustar a la cabeza. Es agradable al tacto y se puede quitar la funda para lavar. Bien embalado.
