These Rust While You Use Them
These are not stainless steel. I was cutting a lemon, turned around, and by the time I had turned back, rust had already started forming. When washed and dried, even the memory of moisture will form a rust spot on these blades. I've had them a couple months, most have too many rust spots to continue to be used. Do not buy these knives unless you plan to spend $2000+ a year on replacing them. The quality is lower than a Target knife.
