Refreshing and delicious!
I bought this product mainly for making ginger tea. It is wonderful!!! Soo flavorful, spicy, and refreshing. There is enough in the bag to last for a long time, but I will be purchasing some to share with my family. Great product!!!

Good value & quality
I make Golden Milk with this. Good taste and aroma. Good value. The only issue I have is the ziploc seal is difficult to seal. Perhaps it's me or because it's so narrow- or both???

Fresh and Full of Flavor
I picked up this ground ginger to use in smoothies and cooking, and it’s been a great addition to my pantry. The flavor is strong without being overwhelming, and a little goes a long way. It mixes easily into drinks, blends well into recipes, and gives everything a nice warm kick. The only downside is the resealable bag; it’s not the best and doesn’t always stay closed the way I’d like. I ended up transferring the ginger into a different container to keep it fresh. Even with that small drawback, the quality of the ginger itself makes this worth buying. If you use ginger often or want to add more of it to your recipes, this is a flavorful and versatile option.

No more gout attacks, GINGER is ALCALINE and worth a try.
A very important drink for me; I had gout attacks. I use the ginger powder to make tea with coffee-mate powder and some coconut sugar; I have been able to stop the gout, of course I also changed my diet to ALCALINE but putting it all together it worked for good health.

Superior quality ginger.
This is a lovely aromatic ground ginger. Has a fresh zingy flavour, nothing like the harsh one note supermarket ginger that I am used to. I purchased this ground ginger for health reasons. Also, the message under the pouch made me laugh. So far I made a delicious hot drink and plan to use the ginger regularly in my cooking.

2 stars better than most others
This is a re-buy. I make homemade ginger beer and this is my preferred brand. I've tried many, the best warrant 3 stars, so you can understand why I stop making the brew if I can't buy this brand. Out of stock is my greatest brewing fear.

Short Shelf Life
No problem with the quality, however, I need to finish this big bag in 5 month as the bag expired in 23/5. Please note the self life of the product in the description so that customer can decide the quantity they should buy.
